MUNCIE — The Boys & Ladies Clubs of Muncie has partnered with Chameleon University of Splendor Culture to offer free haircuts for club users at Chameleon’s University of Splendor Tradition at 3450 N. Broadway. Boys & Girls Golf equipment non-users can get haircuts for $3.

The Club Cuts system is open to the community for any youngster who needs a haircut, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. the 3rd Saturday of each individual thirty day period through May possibly 21, according to a release.
