THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Law enforcement fired warning shots, injuring an unidentified quantity of persons, as riots broke out Friday night time in downtown Rotterdam at a demonstration from programs by the governing administration to limit accessibility for unvaccinated men and women to some venues.
