Costume designer Ruth Carter spoke at A&O Productions’ spring speaker party at 3 p.m. about her creative procedure, Black memory and what it can take to style and design a Marvel movie from powering the scenes.
The party commenced with a screening of “Black Panther,” which attained Carter the Academy Award for Finest Costume Design and style in 2018.
